Grilled Cornish Hen with stove top stuffing
1 box of stove top stuffing 2 skin-on, hens split in half, about 8 ounces each olive oil salt and black pepperHeat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the hen lightly with oil, then season the skin with salt and pepper. Place the hen on the grill skin-side down, and cook until the edges turn opaque, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and turn hen over, and cook until firm to the touch, about 10 more minutes. While the chicken cooks, make the stove top stuffing: add contents and to a pot place on the grill and add liquid accordingly. |
